Directs, establishes and plans the overall policies and goals for a hospitals pharmacy services. Maintains contact with other department heads, medical staff, and nursing staff to determine needs, resolve problems, improve processes and promote effective drug therapy.

Responsible for all drug distribution in the facility, ensuring optimal services; meets all legal, regulatory, accreditation, and certification requirements; and complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes and standards; BS required, PharmD preferred; 5 years of hospital pharmacy including 2 years in management
