Description

The Sales & HR Support Coordinator will engage with all departments to ensure that all aspects of customer engagement are executed efficiently and effectively. The primary goal of the Sales & HR Support Coordinator is to function as an extension of our Operations team to ensure that our clients are met with the highest levels of service throughout their experience with Magnet HR Group.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Sales & Business Development Representatives, HR, IT, Accounting and regularly communicates with customer to ensure all customer needs are met
  • Collaborates with key division-level teammates to gather relevant information regarding formulation, compliance, production, and procurement to support and expand customer relationships
  • Support and monitor critical milestones along the new product process implementation timeline, collaborating with Ops teams to ensure each step in the process is executed timely.
    • Quality of Calls | Request for Quote (RFQ)| Proposal | Sales Cyle | Implementation
  • Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints with customers, and elevates where appropriate.
  • Answer main line as needed
  • Acts as a liaison
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • HR Administation duties as necessary to meet client needs. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, Excel formulas.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Psychology, Business Management, Marketing, HR, Communications is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of related experience required.
