About the Opportunity:

A healthcare organization in Richardson, Texas is currently seeking a customer service specialist to join their growing in office Enrollment Team. In this role the Program Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for providing identified chronic patients with the benefits of our care management program and enroll them into the program. They will coordinate enrollment into the CCM program telephonically while adhering to both CMS and Orb Health organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines. Apply today!

 
Job Description:

The Program Enrollment Specialist will:

 

  • Determine patient eligibility based on insurance coverage, and program requirements.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of the care management program.
  • Explains all details for enrollment to patients and ensure that they are following federal/CMS requirements.
  • Obtains patient’s verbal agreement to enroll into the care management program.
  • Documents all required elements and meets quality and compliance standards for CMS and Orb Health.
  • Works efficiently to meet daily requirements for enrollment goals.
  • Participates in education & in-service programs.
 
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in customer service setting
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours minimum)
  • Demonstrates progressive proficiency with the utilization of available computer technology, including typing skills.
  • 60 + WPM typing
  • Demonstrated customer service, leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in physician front/back office
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Experience working with the adult population
  • Experience working as telecommuter or call center setting.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR)
