An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced hospital Revenue Cycle Director with a hospital in Central Florida.

Reporting to the CFO, the incumbent will be responsible for creating an effective Revenue Cycle Management Team that will ensure that the organization captures all revenue that it is legally entitled to. This position has system administrative responsibilities for Patient Registration, Patient Financial Services, Revenue Integrity Billing and Compliance, Health Information Services and Managed Care Contracting. The Administrative Director of Revenue Cycle is responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of each of the areas that are part of the revenue cycle for opportunities and provides education to staff to facilitate integrating of functions and processes impacting the revenue cycle. Understanding of managed care contracting, third party reimbursement and variance analysis important.

Qualifications: A Master’s degree is mandatory or enrolled in a master’s program plus 5 years’ experience in revenue cycle in hospital setting;
