The Accounting Manager is responsible for supervision of the General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Payroll areas of all companies (subsidiaries) other than the Hospital. Responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, annual budget preparation, annual audit, financial analysis and statistical tracking for these entities. Manager must be able to facilitate the flow of information and communication between Accounting and other areas of the facility. Will oversee/supervise: Payroll Coordinator, A/P Supervisor, Accountants, Accounting/AP Clerks

Idea Candidate:

Formal training in hospital accounting and finance, at least 4 years accounting experience in senior or manager level role in hospital setting of at least 300 plus beds; experience overseeing payroll, involved in month-end close, financial statements. The accounting Manager will report to Controller.

Required:

A 4 year degree, Masters preferred.
