Job Description
Great for new college graduates wanting to get some experience in HR and work from home.  Magnet HR Group is looking for an Entry Level HR/Marketing Assistant that will grow with the company handling payroll, human resources, benefits, accounting and marketing.  This position will assist Sales and Marketing.  The ideal applicant must feel comfortable on the phones and making outbound calls to set up appointments for the Sales Department.  

Pay Range $9-12 depending on experience

Preferred Bi-lingual speaking

The ideal candidate will be responsible, but not limited to:

1.    Payroll processing
2.    Tax filings and payments
3.     â€‹Accounting for day to day transactions
4.    Compliance
5.    Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to build rapport with team members
6.    Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
7.    Bi-lingual a plus  
8.    Outbound calls to set up appointments for Sales Team.

Must be energetic and motivated self starter to make calls and reach out to prospective clients to conduct fact finding exercises.  

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma, Associates Degree or higher. 
  • Experience: Requires Microsoft Office, Work, Excel and PowerPoint.
