Job Description
Magnet HR Group is looking for an Entry Level HR Assistant that will grow with the company handling payroll, human resources and benefits.  This position will assist Sales and Marketing.  The ideal applicant must feel comfortable on the phones and making outbound calls to set up appointments for the Sales Department.  Licensed Insurance in Life & Health a plus.  

Pay Range $10-12 depending on experience plus commission

Preferred Bi-lingual speaking

The ideal candidate will be responsible, but not limited to:

1.    Payroll processing
2.    Tax filings and payments
3.     â€‹Accounting for day to day transactions
4.    Compliance
5.    Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to build rapport with team members
6.    Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
7.    Bi-lingual a plus  
8.    Outbound calls to set up appointments for Sales Team. 

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma, Associates Degree or higher. 
  • Experience: Requires Microsoft Office, Work, Excel and PowerPoint.
