Description
A leading Automotive Services company in Allen, TX is currently seeking a Experienced Service Adviser/Manager for its busy shop. This is a great earning opportunity for the right candidate.
Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
*Greet service customers in a timely and friendly manner.
*Determine customer’s service needs and perform walk around inspection of vehicle.
*Review service history to determine possible service needs, warranty coverage’s and review prior repairs/ services.
*Generate a repair order and clearly document requested services and concerns.
*Provide estimate for requested services and/or diagnostics.
*Follow up with customers to present recommendations from diagnosis and/or the Multi-Point inspection.
*Contact extended warranty companies to get authorization for and process repair claims.
*Make sure authorizations for sold services are documented on hard copy of repair order and final invoice.
*Make sure final invoice clearly identifies work performed, charges for work performed and all required readings and/or measurements are documented.
*Follow up with customer at the completion of requested services and/or repairs.
*Review final repair invoice with customer to ensure customer understands services provided and costs associated with those services.
*Set customers next service appointment.
*Follow up with customers regarding special ordered parts.
*Follow up with customers regarding deferred services.
*Above all else; Make sure the customers service experience is Truly Exceptional.
Requirements (include but are not limited to):
*Minimum two (2) years Service Adviser experience.
*Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
*Possess exceptional customer service and communication skills.
*Strong sales skills
*Strong problem solving and math skills
*Possess good judgment and reasoning abilities.
*Ability to operate an automatic and manual transmission vehicle.
*Computer skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Base salary is based on experience
* Weekly pay
* Paid training
* Vacation pay
* Cash bonus
