Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our site. The Site Lead will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining safety and efficiency standards, and ensuring that all operational goals are met. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Supervise and manage on-site staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate activities across departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure the site complies with all regulatory, safety, and company policies.
- Manage site resources, including equipment and supplies, to optimize operations.
- Collaborate with management to establish and track site goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and management to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure site cleanliness, safety, and adherence to protocols.
- Prepare and present reports on site performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in site management, operations, or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, operational standards, and industry regulations.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- US Citizen or Green Card holder.
