MAGNET HR is hiring motivated Sales Representatives.  We're looking for self-starters to join our Inside Sales team in setting appointments, finding new clients, building relationships, and lots of networking. Does this sound like you?

Rapidly growing Payroll/HR Company based in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate is someone looking for a long-term career and is eager to be a part of our growing team! Your main responsibility will be selling Magnet products and services that are both current and emerging. You will approach sales as a way of helping our customers receive the best value for their money. You should be service-oriented individuals, able to communicate effectively and display a professional and positive demeanor. You will relate well to the customer, think and exercise sound judgment, and act responsibly in the customer’s and the company’s interest. This will include plenty of calls, in office work, and field work. 

  • Selling HR support services such as Payroll, Worker’s Comp, HR Consulting/Government Compliance, Employee Benefit Programs, and/or Benefits Administration

Job Requirements:

  • May consider entry level.  Ability to influence and persuade decision makers over the phone and face to face
  • Effective written and oral communications skills
  • Experience developing own lead opportunities within a sales region
