Description
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic delivery of multiple programs and projects within the Company. This role ensures alignment with business objectives while optimizing operations for efficiency and quality. The individual will work across cross-functional teams, manage risks, monitor budgets, and drive the successful delivery of initiatives, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations and align with business goals.
A Day in the Life
  • Project Management:
    • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Work closely with the owner to ensure dependencies, risks, and constraints are well-managed.
    • Maintain and enhance governance frameworks, ensuring the project adheres to standards, processes, and reporting protocols.
    • Track key milestones, outcomes, and deliverables across all projects, reporting progress to senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with owner and cross-functional teams to align project outcomes with strategic goals.
    • Act as the primary point of contact, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    • Identify, assess, and manage risks across projects, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
    • Escalate critical risks and issues to the owner, providing recommendations and action plans.
  • Leadership & Change Management:
    • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and adaptive change management.
    • Manage change initiatives within the project, ensuring smooth transition and adoption across teams.

Experience & Education
  •  2-3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on operations. 
  •  Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) software. Undergraduate Degree Preferred
  •  A 4-year Undergraduate Degree (Preferred)   
Base Salary range:   $70,000-$75,000 (DOE) + Medical Benefits
