Description

Core Responsibilities include: Advises and directs management team, HR staff and employees on proper Human Resource Policies and Procedures. • Assists in re-writing policies and procedures where updates are needed and in creating new policies where appropriate. • Assures federal, state and Hospital policy compliance in all Human Resources-related areas. Monitors federal, state and Hospital policy compliance regarding employment and labor law throughout the house. • Develops goals and objectives in recruitment, employee relations and training initiatives for the Human Resources Department based on organization strategic initiatives. • Plans, organizes and directs activities in these areas. • Directs overall Employee-related functions by monitoring all grievances, progressive discipline, turnover statistics, exit interview information, worker's compensation claims, FMLA compliance and employee recognition/involvement programs. • Disseminates information relative to pertinent changes in.

To be considered, candidates MUST have previous hospital HR Management experience. 5+ years of hospital HR leadership experience preferred.
