Job Summary

You’ll support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial administration. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service, smooth processes, and a thriving community for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the community

  • Support leasing, renewals, and resident relations

  • Manage rent collections, deposits, and financial reporting

  • Conduct inspections and help coordinate maintenance and repairs

  • Maintain accurate property records

  • Train and mentor team members alongside the Property Manager

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing laws

  • Participate in after-hours and emergency response as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of property management experience (multifamily preferred)

  • Resman experience strongly preferred

  • CAM designation a plus (not required)

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

  • Leadership ability with interest in growing into a management role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods; able to lift up to 15 lbs
